Health Care Now in Viewfield Terrace, Dunfermline has changed ownership and is now called Feel Good Clinic. The clinic offers a range of therapies in lovely surroundings. My Friday clinic is still based at Viewfield Terrrace and treatments can be booked in the same way by calling on 07753 249 245.
If you are getting back into training and are looking for a suitable goal to aim for check out the ''Park Run'' in Edinburgh. The park run is a free 5K race held every Saturday at Crammond.
